The hotel is situated in a posh area with easy travel access, making it very convenient for visitors. The rooms are really good, and the bell desk team, especially Ms. Sonali, was incredibly helpful during our group check-in. The variety of amenities provided caters to both business and family travelers, ensuring a comfortable and spacious stay. However, there was an issue with the bathroom door not closing properly, leading to water spilling into the entire bathroom.

However, there were several issues with the washroom door not locking, the exhaust fan not working, and plumbing in poor shape. The sofa was dirty and stained. The rooms are well-equipped and modern but faced typical issues like a non-locking washroom door, malfunctioning exhaust fan, and poor plumbing. Although some maintenance and cleaning issues were present, I enjoyed the city views and convenient facilities. The service was extremely courteous and friendly, especially from staff members Rohit Mishra, Rahul, and Manager Amar Gupta, who were eager to meet our needs. The location is nice and approachable from all places, with outstanding service from Manager Mr Pradeep and his team.
